Usually there will be many trucks waiting here for loading melamine moulding powder and Urea Moulding Compound. We load our products in this platform. And in order to smooth the process of shipping goods, parts of finished products will be also placed here in advance. And follow this way, we will see the warehouse of melamine dinnerware and materials, workshop of raw materials.

Now we will see the production line of melamine raw material (Urea Moulding Compound and melamine moulding powder ).   After pouring the component into machine, later steps are finished in the reactor tank.   If order quantity is large enough, we will input masterbatch together with other components.   If order quantity is less than 2T, we will spay the color after original materials coming out, and then process them to final raw materials.   In this way, the color might shift.   In order to avoid this situation, it would be better for you to place order quantity more than 2T.

There are 13 production lines of raw materials and we will show you around so that you will be clear about how large of our company. As the outlets of UMC,MMC and glazing powder are the same, we will only show you one production line in details. 

Most procedures of our production is automatic. Our workers will only have small chance to touch the semi-finished products in transferring and finished raw materials in packing. So please be confident with our quality.
