Recently, Dongxin's plastic tableware manufacturing base announced the completion of an upgrade to its fully automated production system. The factory is currently equipped with 33 high-performance injection molding machines ranging from 260T to 450T, with each machine valued at over 70,000 US dollars, forming an industry-leading large-scale production capacity.

Full-process automation

In the precision manufacturing process, the factory has achieved full-process automation: from raw material handling, precision injection molding to quality inspection, all are completed through intelligent systems, with only the final manual packaging process retained. This model not only ensures product consistency but also significantly enhances per capita efficiency. Currently, all production lines have reached full-load operation.

Expansion is in sight and capacity upgraded

Facing the continuously growing market demand, the company's strategic layout has been upgraded once again. According to the production director, "The construction of the new factory has entered the equipment procurement stage. The first batch will add multiple 450T-level injection molding machines, which are expected to go into production in Q2 next year." This expansion will increase the average monthly production capacity by 40%, meeting the large-scale order demands of global customers.
